Shipping & delivery
Seeds post. Flowers don’t.
Seed goes anywhere in Australia. Flowers are collected at the farm gate or delivered on our Tuesday run — because a bouquet that has been in transit for three days is not a bouquet we want our name on.
Seeds, by post
Seed packets are posted Australia wide from Karridale, Western Australia. You choose your postage at checkout:
- Standard post — untracked large letter
- 3–7 business days. No tracking number.
- Tracked parcel
- 2–6 business days, with tracking.

We pack by hand and post within two working days. Delivery estimates are Australia Post’s, not ours — we can’t control what happens once it leaves Karridale. Untracked post cannot be traced if it goes astray, so choose the tracked option if that would be a problem.
Flowers
Bouquets and seasonal subscriptions are not posted. There are two ways to get them:
- Pickup at the farm — Karridale, free. Any day that suits, by arrangement; we’ll sort a time when your order comes through.
- Tuesday delivery — $10 — we run one delivery a week, on Tuesdays, from Augusta up to Busselton: Augusta, Karridale, Witchcliffe, Margaret River, Cowaramup, Vasse, Busselton. Seasonal subscriptions include delivery — the price you see is the price you pay.
Dunsborough sits off that corridor. You can still order, but it carries a $25 delivery surcharge, added at checkout. Anywhere further afield we can’t deliver, though you’re very welcome to collect.
Flowers are cut the morning they go out. If we ever need to move the run for a week — weather, mostly — you’ll hear from us before it happens.
The farm bouquet
The $20 farm bouquet is pickup only, from the bucket at the stall. The stall is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It’s whatever came out of the rows that morning, it isn’t sold online, and it’s first in, first served. We don’t deliver it.
Anything not covered here — a question about a delivery, or somewhere just outside the radius — ask us. We read everything ourselves.
