Returns & refunds
If something isn’t right, tell us.
We’re a small farm and we’d rather fix a problem than win an argument about it. Email us within a few days and we’ll sort it out.
Flowers
Flowers are perishable, so we can’t take them back — but if a bouquet arrives in poor condition, or doesn’t last the way it should, send us a photo within two days of getting it and we’ll replace it on the next run or refund you. Whichever you’d prefer.
Cut flowers vary by week and by season — that’s the nature of buying from a farm rather than an importer. Colour and variety changing isn’t a fault, but a bunch that collapses in three days is.
Seasonal subscriptions
Full refund any time before the first bouquet of the season goes out — just email us. After the season has started we’ll refund the weeks still to come, less what has already been cut and grown for you.
If you’re away for a week, tell us the week before and we’ll leave your bunch with a neighbour or a nominated friend. We don’t roll missed weeks over to the end of the season.
Seeds
Unopened seed can be returned within 30 days for a refund — you cover the return postage. If a packet arrives damaged or the seed is wrong, we’ll replace it and cover the postage ourselves.
We can’t guarantee germination. Too much of it comes down to sowing depth, soil temperature, water and timing once the packet leaves us. What we can tell you is that every packet is grown and saved here, and we sow the same seed in our own beds. If a whole packet fails, get in touch — we’d genuinely like to know.
Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they aren’t of acceptable quality.
To start any of this, email us with your order number and we’ll take it from there.
